ROLL

Vigorously roll your massager over the following body parts for 15 seconds each: thighs, arms, abdomen, scalp

NOTICE

Close your eyes and feel. Notice the sense of tingling or "aliveness" throughout the body. Observe any changes in breath, mind, and emotions as well.
