If the only prayer you said was "thank you"...

that would be enough.

Gratitude Meditation:
Sit quietly for three minutes with eyes closed. With each inhalation, silently repeat the sacred mantra "Thank you." With each exhalation, silently repeat the sacred mantra. Feel the sentiment behind "Thank you." At the conclusion of three minutes, allow yourself to relax int the lingering feelings of gratitude.
