APPRECIATE YOURSELF

Get five sticky notes.
On each, write a different thing you appreciate about your
body.
Post the notes on your fridge, mirror, or in your workspace.
Pro Tip: leave your notes of appreciation up for your entire 21-day Gratitude Challenge. Revisit them daily.
